Upper Deck Unveils The Last Kingdom TCG, Collectibles For History Buffs

Upper Deck just announced "The Last Kingdom: Destiny is All," a new collectible trading card game based on the popular NBCUniversal historical drama. This isn't your typical anime tie-in, but it's a big move for the TCG scene. Due later this year, the two-player game throws players into the brutal world of medieval Britain.
Command either the Saxon forces or the Great Heathen Army. Your ultimate goal: seize control of all four kingdoms. Gameplay involves recruiting iconic characters and strategically deploying troops to capture key locations. Turn the tides of fate to claim victory.
This comprehensive card set spans all five seasons of the series, featuring a 100-card base set. Fans can hunt for stunning parallel cards, including ultra-rare silver and gold editions numbered as low as 10. Special inserts like 'The Future is Fate' and 'I am Uhtred Son of Uhtred' also come with rare parallels. Collectors will also chase autographs and unique memorabilia from cast members, including map relics.
