Veteran VAs Yukari Tamura, Kanehira Yamamoto Join 'Suterare Seijo no Isekai Gohan Tabi'

Talk about a power-up! The upcoming anime Suterare Seijo no Isekai Gohan Tabi is leveling up its cast, announcing veteran voice actors Yukari Tamura and Kanehira Yamamoto are joining the ensemble. Tamura, a legend known for roles like Nanoha Takamachi and Rika Furude, steps in as Maki. Yamamoto, bringing his distinctive gravitas, takes on Seiji. This is a significant boost for the quirky new isekai series.
The show, officially titled The Forsaken Saintess and her Foodie Roadtrip in Another World, is based on Yoneori's light novel. It follows Yuria, a saintess summoned to another world, only to be promptly discarded when a "true" saintess appears. But Yuria isn't down for long; she uses her unique skill to summon a camping car and embarks on a culinary adventure. It's a delightful premise, blending cozy food stories with the freedom of a road trip.
Suterare Seijo also features an already stacked cast including Lynn as Eliza, Katsumi Fukuhara as Chris, and anime titans Akio Ootsuka as the King and Ai Kayano as the Queen. This series marks the debut work for studio Staple Entertainment. Get ready for this foodie adventure to kick off on July 6.
