Fans have long celebrated Diana's self-determination and Amazonian roots. Recontextualizing her foundational myth through Steve's lens could offer a fresh, albeit controversial, perspective on her journey. Or it could feel like an odd narrative detour for a hero whose story is fundamentally hers to tell.
